McCants is a graduate of the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa) where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology; and holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His professional career spans thirty plus years serving in Corporate America in sectors of manufacturing, retail, distribution, logistics, transportation and non-profit.  He has facilitated cutting-edge leadership training deliverables in the U.K., China, Canada, Wales, France and Belgium. He is an International Conference Speaker, an Employee Development Consultant, and holds certifications in leadership offerings by both Ken Blanchard and Steven Covey. He has facilitated leadership training to the executive staffs of CEO’s of two fortune 500 organizations. As an ordained minister, Kevin Co-Pastors MilKe Ministries, Church On the Line (COtL) with his wife Mildred of over 40 years. Their ministry is based out of Murfreesboro, TN, operating debt-free, 100% on-line via teleconferencing and podcasts. Membership spans across the southeastern United States out of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
